[RC] Final US WEC Evaluation - John Teeter

The final US evaluation (of west short list/alternates members) will happen 
today/tomorrow near Alturas California. Vet evaluations will happen this 
afternoon and a 30 mile observation run will happen tomorrow morning.

If anyone heads that way, take a few picts??:)
