[RC] English stirrup leathers for Cheyenne - Sharon Levasseur

I am ordering a BF Cheyenne this week, and will be getting english leathers and
sheepskin covers. HOWEVER I'm looking at other options besides the ones that
Barefoot markets to go with them... specifically biothane leathers in either
1.5" or 2". (Will 2" leathers even fit through the stirrup ring?)

Can you get black sheepskin covers to go over leathers that wide? If so, from
where?

I thought perhaps the 2" leathers would stop that issue with the leathers being
so much narrower than the stirrup ring that they slid front to back and had to
be anchored in place.

I've never used 2" stirrup leathers before, only 1" english leathers and regular
western fenders. Do you end up with similar issues to western fenders, ie
difficulty getting them to turn correctly for comfortable stirrup position?

TIA,
-Sharon L.
