Re: [RC] Making your own PVC Panels - Barbara McCraryI personally would be nervous about PVC being too weak to hold a horse under some circumstances. Also, PVC does break and it has sharp edges when it does. I have an older, retired gelding that has the most dreadfully scarred knee from a major cut; suspected villain was a pipe that had been abandoned. Apparently two horses on opposite sides of a pipe corral were sparring and the older one tangled with the PVC pipe, which before the incident was not broken. It can be sharp as glass when shattered, which it does.Barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: <rides2far@xxxxxxxx> To: <kcrazzmatazz@xxxxxxxxxxx> Cc: <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, June 30, 2006 9:31 AM Subject: Re: [RC] Making your own PVC Panels I'd like to take a shot at making my own PVC corral panels.> if for noother reason than I sleep easier at night that way ;>) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
