Goodness Beverly, most folks want to escape the high prices of CA.   LOL So,
what's a house in Woodside go for these days with room for horses? 2 or 3
million? LOL

CA has some of the best riding we have ever experienced, but we decided to
escape so we could afford to have more than 1/2 of an acre in a so-so
neighborhood.
