Hi Jen, I like to let them get a mouthful of grass & then trot on while
they chew it, then get a mouthful...... That way you can keep the forward
motion. Most won't eat like this early in a ride--to busy looking for those
other horses out front, but once they settle in this is a great way to eat on
the go.
