[RC] dogs and horses - Rebecca BianchiI have a gelding that doesn't like dogs. When he was new to me, we were out on the trial and he kicked one of my JRT's in the head sending her 15 feet. Luckily, JRT's are particularly hard headed and she had no permanent damage, but I let my horse no in no uncertain terms that that was unacceptable behavior. He's never done it again even though the dogs follow right behind his hooves. On the other hand, I am quite sure he'd have no problem hazing or chasing an aggressive dog...
