Hi Kathy,
  Another tip - pull up all the stakes and remove the rods from their little pockets 
at the bottom of the tent so it lies flat on the ground.  Trying to disassemble while 
the dang thing is still standing upright is WAAAAY too much trouble.

> It's actually easier to put up than take down due to it being nearly 
> impossible to pull the rods without them breaking apart and the stretchy 
> stuff  just stretching too much.
