Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I'll have to dig into this one after the ride. There is an
"X- ..." message header which is used to tie the threads
together. that's what's missing, but I've got to figure a way to allow
archive readers to tack it in. Likely there will be a button on the
archives page which you'll have to use to make your reply....
