Re: [RC] Pads for treeless saddles - Tiffany D'Virgilio

I'd love to hear more from treeless owners. I have a new freeform that I've yet to buy a pad for since I'm still waiting for Dr.s orders to ride. My skitos aren't long enough, as I rode in a Synergist, and I hear Supracors are no good with it. Can anyone tell me why? I'm wavering between Mattes, Equipedic and HAF, but I might sell a couple of my more pricey pads to afford a new one. Almost as much fun as the great saddle hunt...

Since I'm a Skito dealer I won't try and talk to you about brands, all I'll say
is that it's important to get a pad with really good spine clearance. Also,
depending on your weight, you may want different padding inside the pad to help
you spread your weight out better. Skito offers several different
configurations depending on the rider's weight and the horse's conformation.

If you do decide on a Skito, be sure and contact me for a price. I can save you
at least $15 depending on what features you want.
