Claude Kuwanijuma - Hopi Spiritual leader. there is a group of ladies with whom i ride two or three times a week and it's a blast BUT i have to ride alone a couple of days a week! LOL it feeds my soul. you notice things and see wildlife that you'd never see or notice in a group. that's not to even mention the incredible bonding you do with your horse with just you two alone. mostly i don't even take my cell phone although i should although the signal isn't very good where i ride most of the time and i always tell someone where i'm going. one thing about the cell phone is you really should try to carry it on yourself not the horse. wouldn't help a bit if you lost your horse and he had the phone, water, etc. if you live alone tell a friend or neighbor where you're going and appx. when you should return and don't forget to check in when you're back. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jonni" <jonnij@xxxxxxxx> To: "Ridecamp" <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, April 26, 2006 10:54 AM Subject: [RC] Riding alone Not a lot of folks I like to ride with.
