Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I recently purchased a Garmin Vista C on Amazon.com and added on the Topo
software and the stretchy neoprene case with the screen protector.

The most important features (to me) were:

Color screen... easier to distinguish colors than grayscale shades.

Mapping... I explore new areas frequently so I wanted to be able to see if I was
doubling back on my trail, or heading towards the trailer, etc.  Also I got the
Topo software so I would be able to see if I was near a back road (and which
road it was).

Current speed, average moving speed, and average overall speed.

Altimeter... how steep is this hill, REALLY??
