I had a call from a non horsey person who's neigbor
is haveing big problems he thinks from the little bugs
biting his belly,so bad he said that horse will lay down strech
his from legs out in front and try on rub his belly on ground
Hard to belive no vet has found a solution but thats what he claims. Anyone 
with a thought of help or had this occur?
