Re: [RC] Calories burned riding--advice - Diane TrefethenFrustrating...I'm grateful to know I'm not alone, however. Not alone at all. My weight gain started when I had to lay off my endurance horse for a year due to a bowed tendon. Even when I "came back", I had moved into the magic weight-gaining years and it has been nothing but a battle since. I figure I am carrying around an extra 4 bowling balls. NO WONDER my knees are complaining! =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
