Country supply has a similar cart, very, very light and is $169.  Don't remember shipping costs, but it wasn't alot, definitely not $46. I love this cart.  Very light weight but strong. I haul my water jugs in it and they can be well over 100 lbs full. They also have great deals on water tanks.
