I told him basically the same thing you did...minus the snoring part. :-)

Dennis, I think I watched every Kentucky Derby until I started endurance. 
Haven't seen it since 1987. That's usually the Biltmore weekend, but this year 
I guess it's the Derby Dash. We'll see if running a mile and a quarter loses 
its charm for you. :-)
