You know, Tom, I agree with you...the FEI is reaping what comes from allowing others to seed the field with what they think is important.

 

The rider is responsible for the horse Before, During and After the event, be it an LD or the WEC.

 

And, if the rider isn't, then he shouldn't be involved in endurance.

There has been enough genuflecting at the altar of influence, by the FEI and others.
