[RC] Ulcers & salt - rides2farMy husband and I keep it at 74 in the winter. I set it on 78 and then build a fire to sit by. To make this a little less frothy and endurance related, I really do try not to use air conditioining much leading up to Biltmore to make sure I'm good & acclimated to the heat. Gets kinda rough on those students who like to wear big sweatshirts to make a fashion statement. My room gets HOT. One year I sold freeze pops to make money for the art fund. >eg< A friend of mine who has a lot of trouble with the heat at Biltmore admitted to me that the office he works in is freezing. I do think that makes a difference! It's 65 degrees & sunny folks. I'm gonna wrap up and ride. :-) Angie =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
