The Mountain High brand of yogurt found in many
grocery stores has live cultures in it. Probably other health fool/organic type
of yogurt also has cultures, but not Dannon, Yoplait, Costco's, or other grocery
store brands. Check the lable if you want to know for sure. Better for the
humans that eat it to have the live cultures also.
