Re: [RC] endurance horse in Denver CO area - what's going on? - stephKristi,Twice now he has busted out of his panels and gone after my 2 year old stallion (who is his son). The second time he also chased my 9 month old filly through a fence... I do NOT want to risk any of the other horses getting hurt. I will NOT sell him to the killers and I won't be anything but 100% honest about him to any potential buyer, but I have 5 foals due in the next 5 weeks and I do NOT have the time to get him gelded and then try to excercise him every day for the next week or two after gelding him. The last 2 times I have taken him out to work with him, he has struck out (at another horse) and hit me. I am lucky to have gotten away with minor injuries. I'm sorry, but his life is NOT worth MY life.... <sigh> I love him and he can be very sweet, but he is just far too aggressive to other male horses... What is more fair to him... selling him to someone who will geld him and give him a job? or leaving him in a small pen with no time to handle him?
