It's the same as us...if we're well hydrated, the rule of thumb is we should pee about once an hour and it should be fairly clear. If *my* horse only peed once during a 50, I'd be damn worried!!! That would tell me that he's woefully dehydrated and his body is trying to hold on to every bit of fluid, and I don't care what the little letters on his vet card say.
