Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] [RC] Putting on Easy Boots!!! - Terry BanisterSpread the boot at the sides as much as possible when first applying.Then tap, tap, tap the toe of the boot with a rubber mallet (Usually only needed on new boots) Our 99-cent store sells rubber mallets. Then put the foot down and let the horse step into it. This should stretch it a bit. Then pick up foot and it should wiggle on with some light tugging. But if not, set the foot down again and repeat.
