[RC] trot/canter/jigging/trail/arena, and the parelli stuff too - Ed Kilpatrickthanks for a breath of fresh air, beverly. i preach and teach very similar methods for training horses(and riders) to be light and responsive out on the trail. some people overlook many aspects of training, and are just not truly prepared to take their horse out on the trail. i really think that many people just dont have the time, wont take the time, or some just plain dont know what all is involved in really, really training a horse to handle well. with horses that are big, docile back yard pets, it is easy to skip a lot of steps in the training process. i think that happens a lot. cowboy ed
