It is inconceivable to me that the realtors would not advertise these as
horse property. Here in my little subdivision, older starter homes, that is the
best selling point. The houses are nothing special, and I mean NOTHING special.
Mine does not even have a garage. The only thing that makes it worthwhile is .42
acres, that is 42/100 of an acre on the train tracks that is zoned for 2 large
