Chris,

I've come to accept that I'll never be completely over the accident and her 
death, but my love for her will live forever in my heart.  

Today I would be better able to handle some negative responses, but when the 
tragedy is still new and raw it would be very difficult to just 'leave the 
rest'.  My heart aches for Bev.  My thoughts and prayers are with her and her 
horse.

I was traumatized for months after seeing the accident. It's been 4 years and 
tears
still come to my eyes.


And i'm afraid that some people on Ridecamp blasted me for my mistakes when 

I posted my
story. However, many others emailed me privately and offered sincere 
condolences and have
since become special friends.

 
Ridecamp is like everything else in life. We can take what we like and leave 

the rest, or
we can choose to get upset about it.
