Re: [RC] Country Aire Farm and Mighty Morgan heading south! - KeepsakeFarms
Hi Mary,
I do know that Great Smoky Mountains Nat'l Park has quite a bit of
absolutely beautiful horse trail. Great conditioning as well! I have
always gone to the trail head at Cades Cove and ridden from there, but I am sure
you can access the trails from other areas. You might want to contact the
park.
I would recommend pads for this area... VERY rocky.
You say you have Morgans? You will have to contact me privately, for
this is also my breed of choice. It would be just wonderful to have more
Morgans down here- they are rather scarce compared with the QH's, arabs, and
walkers.

I
am leaving for FITS the 25th weather permitting! I have a limited # of the
famous Amish blankets in stock. If you like one email me to assure
correct size and color. Also carry rump covers, hay bags fly sheets
etc.. Game plan is to ride 3 days and than head to Del Rio Tenn. to shop
for dream retirement property. Does anyone know much about trails in
that area? Thanks Mary
