I would think Dr. Kim, who was there, knows what happened and I know her report was accurate and fair. I have seen horses who were not overridden, who were in great shape, and who were owned by caring riders, crash. It's devastating when it happens. And it could happen to you or to any of us here. Ask this question of Bev. Where was she during this time of crisis, was she with the horse or was she elsewhere? What's amazing is that he lived through that experience. You think we'll see him on the trail again after this??? He doesn't deserve that kind of treatment after all he gave. If we see that horse on the trail again. I will personally ask for/demand Bev's resignation from the horse welfare committee...
