The real danger, now, is his need for fluids. Then, an animal
doctor can assess his condition for you. The balance of his symptoms can
be "triaged" and dealt with there.
Particularly a thirty-one year old horse who, enduring thirty-one years of
being a horse, merits a thorough veterinary assessment.
