You have got to be kidding. There are pot holes on I40 in places that 
are big enough to swallow a Volkswagen. When we go out West we look for 
a lot of options.  As far as I am concerned I sure would not do it for 
at single day 100. There is not incentive to do so these days.  That's a 
lot of driving and time for one ride. There are lots of multiple day 
rides. In the Mt region the rides are close together since they have to 
be. For the time of a trip to CA you can do several rides and see 
different areas, maybe do a little trout fishing and in general have a 
good time.

If I did for some reason get a hair to drive a long way to do a 100 - it 
would be the Big Horn.
