From what I've seen and heard, many newbies over condition their horses and know virtually nothing about all the rest so they don't do well. They then compound their mistake by assuming that their horse was not properly conditioned when in fact it was their lack of sophistication about pacing, feeding, pacing, e'lying, pacing or how a ride actually works and how to prepare for one.My congratulations too, Beverly!
