[RC] new endurance club looking for members - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Jan Ten11One or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== I'm thinking of starting a new Endurance club, and looking for members - It's called "Barefoot, Bareback, Bitless and Blind" The "Blind"refers to the rider's state, and that way the horse can pick the most comfortable path himself, eat when he wants, and head for a comfortably low tree branch if he needs a little scratch on his back . . . and the Xtreme version of this sport just adds "Backwards" and merely requires the rider to face the horses ass while competing! (oh yeah, and "Bareheaded", too) Jan and her 3 furry Furies Some with bits, some with shoes, and some with serious attitudes! - but there is nothing I wouldn't do to provide the best care and comfort that I can afford for these three musketeers! Seriously, I love hearing about everyone's wide and varied experiences with husbandry and riding, as every horse is an organic, evolving individual; and new (at least new to me) topics are always illuminating as to ways I might enhance my relationship with my partner. We all ride, we all love our horses, and we all hate fights over the Thanksgiving table! I don't care who started it, and I don't care what you originally said, just stop YELLING!
