Re: [RC] Success at barefoot at a 100? YES at the WEC - Connie OwensI think Darolyn might have meant Meanwhile BATR (Cleburne) instead of Bluebonnet (Decatur), those rides are usually scheduled very close..... Meanwhile is rocky and hard trail, but fun! Connie CT Region (leaving for Frigid Digit in one hour....) "There's only one King and it's not me"... YES at the WEC BAREFOOT he completed a rather hard and somewhat rocky Bluebonnet inTexas in April<<< No questioning that Darolyns horse has done very well, be it shod or barefoot, he has a good record. But, I never have thought of our trails (where the Bluebonnet is held) as either hard or rocky. It is known to many as an area they can ride on a regular basis barefoot, as the footing is so good. I'll look for those rocks this weekend ;-) Jonni =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
