[RC] the TRUTH will set us free -- even the barefoot peeps and the shod peeps - LTYearwood

I think the problem is that people aren't being logical and they aren't being honest. And words are getting twisted.

Mine were twisted when I was quoted as saying "Most barefoot advocates don't tell the truth."

I never said that.

I said A LOT of them don't tell you the whole story. Or SOME of them don't tell the whole story. Geez.

And yes, it takes a lot of conditioning, to go barefoot. I, of all people, should know. But NO, the result is not always, or even generally, "light riding." Come one, is 35-50 miles a week, week after week, light riding? In mountains? With rocks? Because that is what I do with Vashka.

I think some people bow down to other people on this list because they get tired of arguing. It takes a lot of energy. But I am not going to back down on what I have said. If you want to keep picking it apart, let's go at it.

Dear God, I hope the shod horses do well. And Dear God, I hope the barefoot horses do well. After all, they are HORSES and they we are so blessed to have them in our lives.
