RE: [RC] LD BC - heidi

Actually the vets say that it is hard to judge BC for LD because the horses 
look mostly the same. 


Then they aren't looking close enough.  Yes, sometimes three or four
will outshine the rest.  But it isn't all that often that I ever had
tied vet scores, when I was judging a lot of these.


And mostly is it not the vets, it is the RM's who make the decisions.    


It is clearly both.  But some RMs have evidenced frustration at the
vets' refusals, because they HAVE wanted to offer it.
