I have heard tails of some extremely fast Midwest
rides back in the early days when the holds were stop and go, pulse was 72, and
completion was "sound at walk".
Hall of Famer Louise Reidel and her horse Caprisan
was one team that did some remarkable times. Unfortunately, I don't
believe these rides are on the AERC database.
