Yes, it was “originally” P.M Churchill’s (But probably goes back to the Koran…) but I’ve always liked the twist that President Reagan applied!  ;)

I believe the original quote was "The outside of a horse is good for the inside of a man" and is attributed to Winston Churchill.  It is a great quote!
