Re: [RC] Top Ten Philosophical Questions - rides2farTo the sky and back again. That's my answer to how high the sky is. I prefer the description "Heaven's just above the trees". I have a book that's the journal of a mountain man from the early 1800's. I was trying to read his boring daily entries which consisted mostly of "sunny, 35 degrees, caught two muskrat and one mink", then after about 2 months of that *totally* out of the blue he writes two pages on the speed of light, and the possible measurements of the universe, etc. etc. It's like reading a scientific journal. Then, as quickly as he started he goes back to "25 degrees, 3 otters". Since then I have considered deep scientific pondering to be a sign of boredome induced insanity.
