Once or twice the horse just didn't enjoy trail work and was suited more for other disciplines, other times a horse would have issues that just were too hard to pin-point. Most of the time, however, the dealer always disclosed that she didn't know the horses too well as some of them came to her not too long before I bought it - and both times she was glad to do a fair exchange. The dealer I'm talking about oddly enough is also from Colorado - and when it comes to internet purchases or "sight unseen" purchases, I would recommend her to any one of my friends.
