[RC] truck campers and long bed vs short bed trucks. - lynette hulbertNeed a new truck and I would like a short bed with a camper. The campers do hang over the rear bumper and I need to know how this impacts towing a small 2 horse slant trailer. I have heard the hitch extensions can be a real problem. Question ... is an 8ft Lance camper on a shortbed truck too long to comfortably extend the hitch?Also is getting a diesel really worth the extra money?? Thanks a lot.
