[RC] North American - start - Steph Teeter

Gorgeous weather - bright full-ish moon, mild and breezy - will probably
warm up to mid-70's today, but a breeze is predicted. should help dry out
the trail, and decent riding weather.

nice calm start (dark) - first arrivals at VC1 expected around 6:30.
