I dressed mine up as a Peacock one year. Put a
bright blue sleazy on his head / neck, then took peacock feathers and attached
them to my harness saddle, so they stood up. Entered a carriage fun show costume
class. Here is a photo. (quality of photo not terrific, but will give you the
idea)
