Thanks for the great photos and ride results! Beautiful scenery. Its great to see them and it just PAINS me deeply to be missing this ride!! I was so looking forward to it but just couldn't swing it this year. Can't wait to do this ride next year. Keep the photos & results coming. Its great to see how my NW friends are doing.

A nice day today, but I couldn't quite stay ahead of Lieghsa Francis and Chance. They blazed the Castle Creek 50 in 4:05 and took BC (and a high vet score of 690!) -- nice ride by all - two pulls (one a tie-up sadly - long trip from Kalispel and a cold morning etc.:(

but lots of fun and a bright sunny (though 50df) day!

tomorrow is the Petroglyph 60 mile loop - across sinker creek - down to the snake river, back up around sinker butte and a vet check at the Sierra Del Rio (where we are missing the cows coming home this year!!. then back home across the bad lands on trails used for the two 100 mile rides. This loop is the same one that will be on the Owhyee 100 next spring:)

It's a bit rowdy out back tonight - we moved dinner (and happy hour:) up as it's going to freeze for sure this eve -- clear sky and lotsa stars:)
