#11 is 100 yrds out. #61 is 50yds back #7 another 100 behind. 

A flag was handed to the leader (a violation - but hey :) still a strong canter 
with flag flowing It Is Done

#11 HE Sh Hazza Bin Sultan Al Nahyan UEA crosses the finish line 
       first in the 2004 WEC.
#61 Barbary Lissarague of France is second
#7 HH Sh Mohd Bin Rashid Al Maktoum of the UAE is third.

now for the criteria and final evaluation ..... the suspense indeed.
