Re: [RC] Fear - jenThanks Ray, I think your right in so many ways.Jen ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ridecamp Guest" <guest-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, September 15, 2005 6:01 AM Subject: [RC] Fear
Suggestion: Get OUT of touch with your feelings.(They won't disapear from lack of attention.)Stop dwelling on how you feel, and focus on what you THINK and what you plan to DO. When Chico ran away with me,fell at a full gallop, and rolled over me,I was nearly killed. But I didn't get back into riding by thinking aboutfear,of which I guess I had plenty.I thought about, and tried to find out more about, what went wrong and what I needed to do.
