Re: [RC] [AERCMembersForum] Increase in ride fees - John TeeterAt 04:57 PM 9/15/2005, Michael Maul wrote: The rest of the increase is necessary so that ride managers can still afford to put on rides ... This is a very convoluted piece of psuedo logic. Sorry Mike, but it doesn't make any sense. again, w/o the benefit of real number:( a: 3x increase in spending over 2+ years (from the sw directors post) b: ??x increase in membership over that period c: ??x increase in gross income over that period I'm sure there would be d,e, ... data points which might be gleaned to step logically toward a conclusion which >might< be that recurring spending (insurance, salaries, technology, printing, etc) were allowed to increase faster than recurring revenue. but that aside, I think it to be totally false that a $5 increase in day member fees effects the ability of a ride manager to put on a rides. jt. (p.s. ?? re: , New_Aerc <AERCMembersForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> - is there a fork of the members list under consideration?)
