After
being a ride manager, I'll never complain about rider fees at other
rides. I'll also never complain about the "conditions", the volunteers,
the vets or anything else at rides. Putting on a ride is hard work that
starts in about October or November for our August
ride
Isn't that the truth!?? Manage a ride just once and your whole
tolerance for any little inconvenience goes way up. I really do wish there
was a way to make the person who whines the loudest (either AT a ride of AFTER)
manage the next one was doable, but I just can't figure out how to enforce that
one! <g>.

carries over to AERC)
