[RC] Charles Barrieau - Ridecamp Guest

Charlie did pass on on Sept. 5, 2005 He had been in a nursing home with 
Parkinsons disease. He did wonderful things for endurance riding just by being 
there taking pictures of the riders along the trail. He was the first to 
photograph riders going over Cougar Rock on the Tevis Cup, He went to rides all 
over the west, taking pictures to record the riders as well as giving riders 
the opportunity to take home a memory. There will be a memorial at a future 
date. We were thinking of planting a tree or trees at the Tevis finish line in
