[RC] Narrow vs. Wide Twist - Jonni

If you have knee pain when riding, check your stirrup
length, one or both may be too long and the pain may
come from continually trying to keep your feet in place.<<<

While of course, great advice Marv, this is usually the most common advice
given for knee pain, and won't always fix the issue. My hubby can be in my
wide twist saddle for about a minute, and feel the knee pain start. All the
narrow twist saddles we have had, have eliminated that knee pain. I would
have never related knee pain, to the width of the twist of the saddle for
the rider until we discovered it with him. The trick is, finding a saddle
with a narrow twist for the him, but wide tree for the horse.
