New to endurance and don't know a lot about elephants. Even if they brought 
them to the U.S.A., I don't think you would run into them at an endurance race. 
I wouldn't think an elephant could do a 50 miler in time. If they did, I think 
they would be slow to pulse down because of their size. I could be wrong. The 
trunk would be handy for spraying water instead of a pour-on.
