Re: [RC] newbie - ChrystalHi Erika, you can find the Ontario Competitive Trail Riding Association on the net- it has great articles on getting started, information about upcoming rides and a BB to ask questions as well. :-) It does endurance as well as CTR rides. If you have never ridden in endurance before a GREAT way to get started is to volunteer at a few rides first, the ride mgt always need help and you get to learn a ton about horses and the sport form other volunteers and the vets. When my horses were lame for 6 weeks last year I recorded for the vets and not only had a great time but learned more from them than any book I have ever read!:-) Hope to see you at some rides!:-) Chrystal
