[RC] 100-1-2-3 Ti - Christina McCarthyDear Ti,Thank you for the very comprehensive training/preparation guide for a 100 miler. As we are still in the beginning stages, LSD miles and CTR's (30 to 25 miles), I can divide the 100 in 1/2 for a 50 and so on to varry our goals as we train. How do I figure out increases in feed and supplements? Is there a rule of thumb? Also, does one take into account GL loading at all (and how does it fit into the program)? Looking at the "big picture" and overall goals will keep the process simpler. Thank you again for the very useful information!
